Order Preparation
Processing time depends on your prescription and lens type. Standard single vision lenses are typically ready within 1 business day. Prescriptions requiring custom lens surfacing, including high cylinder or high prescription strengths, typically take 4–5 business days. All progressive and multifocal lenses also require 4–5 business days to prepare.
Processing begins once we receive your complete prescription and pupillary distance (PD) measurement. Each pair undergoes a final quality check before shipping.

Shipping estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time. Express shipping speeds up delivery but does not reduce lens preparation time.
