What Is Covered Under Your Warranty Policy?

We give you one year warranty against manufacturer defect on the frames as well as lenses that we deliver. This warranty is to assure you that your eyewear is built to last.

Manufacturing Defects Covered:

Your warranty includes impact on the defects in the material or labor, such as frame construction, the quality of lenses, or surface coating that was already in existence at the moment of manufacture.

What Is Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear of everyday use, accidental damage, sudden force or impact, or improper care. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Lens scratches from daily use

2. Loose hinges or missing screws

3. Broken frames from drops or impacts

4. Detached temple tips or nose pads

5. Damage from accidents or mishandling

Important Note on Cosmetic Issues:

All cosmetic issues like scratches, paint chips, and marks should be reported with 14 days of delivery in order to be covered by warranty. Cosmetic problems reported directly on the box during this period will be gladly attended to. These problems will be defined as normal wear and tear after 14 days, and they will not be subject to back or warranty claims.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

In case you suffer a manufacturing defect within the 365 days of delivery time we are ready to assist. To avail one time warranty replacement service, please call our customer care at support@mafami.com or use our toll free number 1-800-123456.

The Warranty Claim Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team with your order number and details about the defect

2. Photo Review: Our team will assess photos of your defective eyewear to determine if the issue qualifies under warranty

3. Approval & Instructions: If your warranty claim is approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to prepare and return your defective glasses or sunglasses

4. Replacement: Once we receive your return, we'll ship your replacement at no charge

Important Warranty Guidelines:

All warranty claims are subject to review by our team. This is a one-time replacement service available per order. Our warranty specialists will carefully evaluate your claim to ensure it meets the criteria for manufacturing defects.

Please note that this warranty policy applies only to purchases made directly through Mafami.com. Different terms may apply to purchases made through other retailers or channels.

30-Day Return Window

Beyond our warranty, we also offer a generous return policy. You can return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Refunds (Within 14 Days):

If your return is initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery, you may choose:

1. A refund to your original payment method (minus shipping fees), or

2. Store credit for the full product price, including standard shipping for Canada and the US

Store Credit (15-30 Days):

Returns received between 15 and 30 days after delivery will be issued store credit only. Your store credit never expires, can be used across multiple orders, and is tied to your Mafami account for easy access.

Return Conditions:

Your eyewear should be returned in original and unaltered condition without any damage caused by accidents or ill care to qualify to get a refund or store credit. Each and every return should have the frame, the lenses, the original hard case as well as any other accessories, e.g. cleaning cloths, pouches etc.

One-Year Coating Warranty

We have the quality of our lens coatings. Anti-reflective coating or photochromic coating defects are warranted during the first year of your order date.

This comprehensive coating coverage is a guarantee that the special treatments on your lenses will perform as anticipated during the first one year of ownership. In case you observe problems with peeling, bubbles, or any other defects that have not been caused by the damage or improper maintenance, call us and we will fix it.

What Should I Do If I Need a New Nose Pad?

Nose pads are small components that can be easily replaced by any optical professional. If you're located in a major Canadian city, we encourage you to visit a local optical shop for quick service.

Mafami-Exclusive Nose Pads

Our frames are fitted with some proprietary nose pads which are unique to Mafami Eyewear. In case you are not sure that your local optical store can order your particular nose pads, please contact us through mail support system; us: support@mafami.com or phone: 1-800-123456, and have the order number handy.

In case your nose pads are only available in Mafami, then we will send you replacement nose pads to your place at no cost during the warranty period.
